Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped, along with a tracking number to follow your package.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
- Standard Delivery: Estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- Please note that transit times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipment Tracking & Delivery
- As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your unique tracking link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s portal.
Wrong Address and Delivery Issues
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% accurate and complete.
- We cannot be held responsible if a package is delivered to the wrong destination due to incorrect information provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the item.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives structurally damaged during transit, or if it gets lost by the courier company, please contact our support team immediately.
- Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you right away.
